What is your service area?
Our service area is a 15 mile radius around Wooster, Ohio.
How much does it cost?
A Bubble Ruckus rental is $190 for the first hour of fun and $100 per additional hour. This includes setup, help from our ruckus coordinator, and cleanup.
I requested a date. What happens next?
We will reach out to you and confirm your date and time. Once that is confirmed, we will invoice you for a $50 nonrefundable deposit. The remainder of the balance is due the day before your event.
What happens the day of the event?
One of our ruckus coordinators will contact you before the event. We will have your games set up a half hour before your ruckus start time. The coordinator will supervise the bubble ruckus and can also facilitate the games. After the event, the coordinator will clean the ruckus up.
What about refunds or cancellations?
The $50 booking deposit is nonrefundable, but if you need to reschedule, no worries! We get that life happens, reschedules are free. We cannot ruckus in the rain or snow, so a reschedule is necessary in those conditions. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your event.
The little details:
Our ruckus balls are cleaned and sanitized after every party. We are also insured. A liability waiver must be signed and returned before your event will be set up.
